ROTHERFIELD, EAST SUSSEX

LHLA undertook a landscape appraisal and set out parameters for a landscape-led design approach to a small housing development on the edge of this typical ridge-top village in the High Weald National Landscape.

LHLA subsequently prepared a baseline LVIA and landscape design for a Pre-app. A negative response from the LPA following the Pre-app led to the scheme being shelved.
